At this stage, the website primarily provides information about NaseebNow and allows visitors to join a pre-launch waitlist.

The full NaseebNow platform is not currently publicly available through the waitlist.

The NaseebNow service is intended for individuals aged 18 or over.

By joining the waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The NaseebNow name, branding, website design, software, graphics, text and other original materials are owned by or licensed to NaseebNow unless otherwise stated.

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on the NaseebNow website and will apply from the effective date stated in the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.
